أسرار السعادة بالانجليزي – The secret of
happiness قواعد السعادة
Happiness: the project of a lifetime ... we build
one day at a time
We spend our lives in search of happiness - that
impalpable element that would make all life harmonious if we only captured it.
But happiness can be achieved, provided however that one understands what is
done. Only by knowing that we can focus on what will make us happy.
Myths of happiness
We all have some ideas about what makes us happy.
However, these preconceived ideas are, for the most part, unfounded. Here are a
few :
1. Happiness is made of fleeting moments but of
great intensity
Happiness is a relatively stable state. And this
is explained if we accept the idea that it is essentially an attitude to life
and that it varies very little (except when we work to abandon negative ideas).
2. The more you are rich, the happier you are
You can not buy happiness. After a certain threshold
of comfort, more money does not necessarily make you happier. While financial
security is important to our well-being, it is less important than our ability
to interact satisfactorily with others. Happiness is not a matter of material
gain, it is being good with oneself and those around us.
3. To be happy, our life must be perfect
The dream of a perfect, mythical life can prevent
us from enjoying the pleasures that are offered to us. We often have trouble
satisfying ourselves with what we have; we dream of what is not but could be.
Now, the desire for the absolute often spoils us the joys that, in its
imperfection, reality reserves us. Let's be realistic. Perfect and permanent
happiness does not exist; life will never be free of all suffering, conflict,
dissatisfaction, sadness. This is what gives us strength and accentuates our
joys and our moments of happiness. For happiness to grow in us, it must resist
the onslaught of the outside. It must become a state of mind, an engine that
allows us to defeat defeat and transcend suffering. To learn to appreciate life
is to accept that it can not be perfect at all times.
4. One can not force oneself to happiness; this
one is a matter of luck, it just happens
Believing in this statement leads us to be
passive and not to make the necessary efforts to evolve and be happier.
However, the major obstacle to achieving happiness is often the belief that you
do not deserve it. If, deep within ourselves, we feel worthless, or unable to
achieve anything, it will be extremely difficult for us to want our good. On
the other hand, if we expect to live happily, we will have a much better chance
of being happy. To achieve this, we must overcome our fears, not look for
loopholes and seize every opportunity to enjoy life to the fullest.
Happiness: a question of behavior
The people who seem happiest are those who lead a
dynamic life. They engage, are active, do not wonder if they have the right to
be where they are, to do what they do. These seize any pleasant opportunity
that presents itself to them. Obviously, they have a good image of themselves
and great self-confidence. In fact, the index of a fulfilling life is more
self-satisfaction than family origin, friendships or wealth.
Happiness so much sought is more a state of mind,
an inner attitude, than external factors. In fact, being happy is a choice that
we can all take a day in our life. Once this decision is made, it is up to us
to work on it.
