What
is the role of water in our body?
Doctors
and nutritionists advise us on the content of our plate and our lifestyle. Our
eating habits are turning more and more towards organic products, finally! But
what is the point of eating healthy and balanced, if we consume water of poor
quality and in small quantities, while it is the major constituent of our
organism and its role is vital especially in the elimination of our waste .
In
addition to being the essential constituent of cells, water fulfills several
functions:
-
it participates in many chemical reactions in the human body,
-
it ensures the transit of a certain number of dissolved substances
indispensable to the cells,
-
it allows the elimination of metabolic waste and toxins,
-
it helps maintain a constant temperature inside the body.
-
It facilitates the circulation and digestion of food ...
We
are all dehydrated, even in our countries where we do not lack drinking water
(mains water, bottled water).
-
The first reason: we drink everything and often unbalanced (tea, herbal tea,
coffee, beer, wine, alcohol, soda, etc.) but little pure water, but only water
without addition is able to ensure all functions that we have seen in cellular
metabolism. When water is associated with other elements, it can not fulfill
its role of elimination.
-
The second reason: the quality of our water is not compatible with our
metabolism.
-
The third reason: we do not know when, how and in what quantity to consume
water.
A
scientist, Dr. Ferydoon BATMANGHELIDJ discovered that lack of water in the
body, or chronic dehydration,
was the cause of many degenerative diseases or
civilization such as asthma, allergies, hypertension, overweight or even some
psychic and emotional disorders such as depression. His book "Your body
calls for water - unknown effects of dehydration" (published June 2012 -
edition youth) is based on his research on the therapeutic virtues of water. He
explains the devastating effect of dehydration on the body and tells us how to
use water to overcome it. Knowing how, how much and when to drink water
prevents some heavy and expensive drug treatments.
Biocompatible
water:
In
order for the water we consume to become bio-assimilable and biocompatible, we
must:
-
That it is "bacteriologically sound", therefore without pathogenic
bacteria. In France and in many countries chlorine is used as a disinfectant.
The
debates on the effects of chlorine on health are controversial. Be that as it
may, chlorine is a powerful oxidant and its use as a disinfectant in drinking
water leads to the formation of derivatives such as trihalo-methanes [THM],
which are potentially carcinogenic. There are many respiratory and contact
allergies.
On
the other hand, the chlorine is volatile, just let the water rest for several
hours and put a few drops of lemon or cider vinegar to remove the unpleasant
odor. Filtration on activated carbon is also a solution, the dynamisation too.
-
That it is "chemically pure" and therefore free from pollutants of
all kinds (heavy metals, pesticides, fertilizers, residues from industry,
agriculture and water treatments such as salts of alumina, traces of drugs including
hormones ...).
